The inspiration for 16 WEST struck when food-loving industry professionals enjoying dinner one night realized that the North Shore was in need of a wine bar. The consensus was that we needed a neighborhood restaurant that was committed to showcasing amazing local and international wines at price points that wouldn’t cause heart palpitations. So 16 WEST was born.
On any day, you can come in and choose from 16 wines by the glass, or select a bottle from our wine wall. But if a beer or cocktail is what you want to start with first, rest easy because we have you covered. We are also committed to showing some love to our local breweries, and we can sling cocktails too!

Our kitchen is open concept and we like it that way. We don't hide from curious eyes. You get to watch all the action from the moment a ticket hits the rail until it goes out on the pass—it’s dinner and a show!
